Fixing factual information

Send the right information along with proof: a link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or another source that confirms it. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place when we refresh the directory data in future cycles.

Challenging a score

Scores are never changed by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, it means the input data itself is faulty: the listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you by mistake, or a review summary may not match what your customers actually wrote. File a dispute and we will re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is a claim that the data is broken, not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if your entry is a duplicate of another listing, or if your business falls outside the plumber category this directory covers. Once a month we re-verify every business, and that cycle automatically removes closed operations. If your business is listed accurately and is in scope, we may decline your removal request, and we will tell you why.
